Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen brigade in crafting the wood-fired, handcrafted pizzas that Dewey's is known for. You'll oversee dough preparation, sauce development, and ensure every pie leaving the kitchen meets our uncompromising quality standards. This is your chance to put your stamp on beloved recipes while contributing to an evolving seasonal menu.
- 3+ years of professional pizza-making or culinary kitchen experience
- Proven experience leading a kitchen team in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, sauce preparation, and ingredient pairing
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Passion for quality ingredients and consistent execution
Shift Supervisor
Keep the restaurant running like clockwork during your shift. As Shift Supervisor, you'll manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coach team members, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and ensure opening and closing procedures are followed to perfection. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into restaurant leadership.
- 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory or team-lead experience
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with both guests and colleagues
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash management
Server / Front of House
Be the friendly face that makes every visit to Dewey's memorable. As a server, you'll guide guests through our menu with enthusiasm, take orders accurately, deliver food with care, and ensure every table leaves satisfied. We're looking for warm, attentive people who genuinely love making others smile.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Friendly, energetic personality with a genuine passion for great service
- Ability to work on your feet during full shifts in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tables
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol in accordance with Ohio law
Delivery Driver
Bring the taste of Dewey's directly to our customers' doors. As a delivery driver, you'll ensure orders arrive hot, on time, and with a smile. You'll be an ambassador for our brand every time you knock on a customer's door. Mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling make this an excellent opportunity for students and those seeking supplemental income.
- Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record (last 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Smartphone with navigation capabilities
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (peak delivery hours)
- Friendly, professional demeanor during customer interactions
Catering & Events Coordinator
Help grow our thriving catering operation by coordinating events of all sizes — from intimate birthday parties to large corporate lunches. You'll be the client's main point of contact from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up, ensuring every catered experience reflects the Dewey's standard of excellence. Great communication and organizational skills are a must.
- 1+ year of event coordination, sales, or hospitality experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
- Ability to occasionally work on-site at catered events during evenings or weekends
